Accommodation booking conditions and cancellation policy 2024

BOOKING REQUEST: the booking is personal. Each single family must send a personal booking request with name and surname. It is not possible to book two or more accommodations with the same name and surname. After sending the request, if there is availability, the Booking Office will send the procedure to confirm the booking. If your request cannot be satisfied, alternative solutions may be proposed.

CREDIT CARD: we ask a credit card number (Visa or Master Card) only as a guarantee of the booking. In case it is not possible to give a credit card number, it will be required to pay by bank transfer a deposit (deposit required starting form € 100,00 until € 500,00).

PRICE MOBILE HOME INCLUDES: water, gas, electricity, satellite TV, air condition, one parking place, entry to the swimming pool. The price of the booking does not include the tourist tax.

BOOKING CHARGE: each booking procedure has an extra cost of € 26,00, that will be debited on guest’s bill on the arrival day. The booking costs of € 26,00 will be debited in any case, also in case of cancellation up to 31 days before your arrival. In case of cancellation from 30 days see the section “CANCELLATIONS” of the booking conditions.

PAYMENT: the total amount of the booking must be paid on the arrival day, also in case of a possible delayed arrival or earlier departure. The direction has the right to occupy the accommodation again after it has been left.

ESTIMATE PRICE: prices are formed dynamically, and the valid price is the one sent from the Booking Office. The estimate price is based on the data you provide us. The direction cannot be accountable for errors and omissions. The actual number of persons on the campsite must be for the whole period the same you indicated in the booking. The final price will be calculated in the moment of the payment. The total amount of your booking does not include the tourist tax.

ACCOMMODATION NUMBER: for organizational reasons it is not possible to book: a specific number, a specific location or two or more accommodations next to each other. While booking it is only possible to choose a category of accommodations. However, it is possible to indicate preferences, but the Booking Office cannot guarantee that they will be satisfied. The number is assigned by the Booking Office, and it will be communicated only when you arrive on the campsite. It is not possible to change the accommodation number.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: the reservation is confirmed and binding only after the Booking Office has sent the "BOOKING CONFIRMATION" email. The booking confirmation must be shown by the Guest upon check-in at the campsite.

ARRIVAL: the accommodation is available from 5p.m. Possibility of entering the campsite after check-in from midday to use the services (swimming pool, bar restaurant, common toilets). The reservation is considered effective until 7 p.m. of the day of arrival. Delays must be communicated immediately to the campsite, or the reservation will be cancelled.

DEPARTURE: on your departure day the accommodation must be free by 10 am., and also the persons must leave the camping before 10 am. An extra night will be charged if the departure is after these times.

FINAL CLEANING: guests must leave the accommodation in the same conditions they found it. Guests may clean by themselves or use the cleaning service for € 30,00 (the guest must in any case leave the kitchen clean and throw the rubbish away). In case the final inspection shows that the accommodation is not in order, the guest will be charged with a penalty of € 80,00.

MINIMUM STAY ACCOMMODATION: 3 nights in the low season. 7 nights in July and August.

WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY: Suite Harmony, Villa, Chalet Living, Chalet Superior Plus, Chalet Superior, Chalet Gold
THURSDAY and SUNDAY: Suite Garden Paradise, Suite Lounge.

EQUIPMENT: all accommodations are equipped with kitchenware, blankets, and pillows. Kitchen towels, cleaning cloths, garbage bags and toilet paper are not provided. Use the equipment with care, every broken or missing item will be debited on your bill.

LINEN LENDING: you can rent bed linen and towels upon booking. Linen change service is not provided. We will debit missing or damaged items upon the customer's bill at departure.

PETS: in the accommodations pets are not allowed.

CHANGES: all required changes, before your arrival, will be accepted only if they are compatible with the booking management system. Every change cost € 26,00 extra that will be debited on your bill. You can reduce the duration of your holiday, the number of people and other additional services (for example: change of category, baby bed, baby chair, towels, and bed linen…) until 30 days before your arrival (arrival day included), via email. Change notifications by phone cannot be accepted. You will be required to pay the full amount of your reservation when you arrive on our camping site unless you communicate the booking change within the established deadline. The booking confirmed cannot be changed on arrival day.

CANCELLATION POLICY: you can cancel your holiday only via e-mail (cancellation notifications by phone cannot be accepted). The cancellation is valid only when you receive the email response from the Booking Office confirming the cancellation. From that moment the booking is not valid anymore. Without the official e-mail confirming the cancellation, the reservation is still valid. The Booking Office has the right to occupy the pitch again and the total amount of cancellation is not refundable with future bookings. The Guest cannot therefore take any action against the campsite, as the booking implies acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions.The amount of the booking cancellation amount must be paid by bank transfer.

  • Cancellation up to 31 days before your arrival – arrival day included: free of charge, except for the booking costs of € 26,00 that will be debited in any case.
  • Cancellation from 30 to 16 days before your arrival – arrival day included: you need to pay 30% of the total amount of your booking.
  • Cancellation from 15 days before your arrival – arrival day included: you need to pay 100% of the total amount of your booking.
  • Lack of notification or no shows: you need to pay 100% of the total amount of your booking.

We warmly recommend buying a travel insurance to avoid all inconveniences.

The booking and the entrance to the campsite imply that guests accept and comply the Camping Mario Village Regulation.
