Accommodation booking conditions and cancellation policy 2021
BOOKING REQUEST: the booking is personal. Each single family must send a personal booking request with name and surname. It is not possible to book two or more accommodations with the same name and surname. After sending the request, if there is availability, the booking office will send the procedure to confirm the booking. If your request cannot be satisfied, alternative solutions may be proposed.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: the reservation is confirmed and binding only after the booking office has sent the "BOOKING CONFIRMATION" email. The booking confirmation must be shown by the Guest upon check-in at the campsite.
CHECK-IN: it is possible to check-in only until 8 p.m. If you expect to arrive later than that time, it is compulsory to inform the Reception in order to access the campsite after 8 p.m.
ARRIVAL: entrance into the mobile home is guaranteed from 5 p.m. We suggest you to plan your journey accordingly. The reservation is considered effective until 7 p.m. of the day of arrival; any delays or changes must be communicated immediately to the campsite or the reservation will be cancelled.
DEPARTURE: independently from the arrival time, an extra night for all group members will be charged if you depart after 10 a.m.
MINIMUM STAY ACCOMMODATION: 3 nights in the low season. 7 nights in July and August.

EQUIPMENT: all accommodations are equipped with kitchenware, blankets and pillows. Kitchen towels, cleaning cloths, garbage bags and toilet paper are not provided. Use the equipment with care, every broken or missing item will be debited on your bill.
FINAL CLEANING: guests must leave the accommodation in the same conditions they found it. Guests may clean by themselves or use the cleaning service for € 25,00 (the guest must in any case leave the kitchen clean and throw the rubbish away). In case the final inspection shows that the accommodation is not in order, the guest will be charged with a penalty of € 50,00.
LINEN LENDING: you can rent bed linen and towels upon booking. Linen change service is not provided. We will debit missing or damaged items upon the customer's bill at departure.
ACCOMMODATION NUMBER: for organizational reasons it is not possible to book: a specific number, a specific location or two or more accommodations next to each other. While booking it is only possible to choose a category of accommodations. Therefore, if you indicate preferences, our booking office does not guarantee that the requests will be satisfied. The number is assigned by the booking office and it will be communicated only when you arrive on the campsite. It is not possible to change the accommodation number.
PETS: in the accommodations pets are not allowed.
BOOKING COSTS: each booking procedure has an extra cost of € 25,00, that will be debited on guest’s bill on the arrival day. In case of cancellation of the confirmed booking for any reason, the booking costs of € 25,00 will be debited anyway and in any case.
ESTIMATE PRICE: prices are formed dynamically and the valid price is the one presented on the website at the moment of booking. The estimate price is based on the data you provide us. The direction cannot be accountable for errors and omissions. The actual number of persons on the campsite must be for the whole period the same you indicated in the booking. The final price will be calculated at the moment of the payment. The total amount of your booking does not include the tourist tax.
PAYMENT: the total amount of the booking must be paid on the arrival day, also in case of a possible delayed arrival or earlier departure. The direction has the right to occupy the accommodation again after it has been left.
CREDIT CARD: as a guarantee of the booking we ask a credit card number (Visa or Master Card) which will be used only in case the reservation is cancelled. In case it is not possible to give a credit card number, it will be required to pay by bank transfer a deposit of € 100,00 for the bookings in April, May and June and a deposit of € 300,00 for the bookings in July and August.
VISITORS (without overnight stay): The entrance is allowed at discretion of the Management. Visits are only allowed from 8:00 in the morning until maximum 20:00 in the evening. Daily visitors are not allowed to park within the campsite.Daily visitors (people who visit the campsite’s guests but do not stay the night), can access the campsite on foot, at the allowed times (max until 20:00), upon authorization by the Management and presentation of the identity documents. The relevant price will be applied and they must wear the identification wristband. The visitors are requested to leave the campsite within 8 pm and to give the identification wristband back. People discovered on the premises without authorization will be reported for unlawful entry and theft of services in accordance with art. 614 C.P. and art. 624 C.P.
CHANGES: all required changes will be accepted only if they are compatible with the booking management system. Every change costs € 35,00 extra that will be debited on your bill. You can reduce the duration of your holiday, the number of people and other additional services (baby bed, baby chair, towels and bed linen) until 30 days before your arrival (arrival day included), via fax or email. Change notifications by phone cannot be accepted. You will be required to pay the full amount of your reservation when you arrive on our camping site, unless you communicate the booking change within the established deadline.
CANCELLATION POLICY: you can cancel your holiday only via fax or email. Cancellation notifications by phone cannot be accepted. The cancellation is valid only when you receive our email response confirming the cancellation. Without the official e-mail confirming the cancellation, the reservation is still valid.
Cancellation up to 31 days before your arrival – arrival day included: free of charge, except for the booking costs of € 25,00 that will be debited in any case.
Cancellation from 30 to 16 days before your arrival – arrival day included: you need to pay 30% of the total amount of your booking.
Cancellation from 15 days before your arrival – arrival day included: you need to pay 100% of the total amount of your booking.
Lack of notification or no shows: you need to pay 100% of the total amount of your booking.
The direction has the right to occupy the pitch again and the total amount of cancellation is not refundable with future bookings.
We warmly recommend buying a travel insurance to avoid all inconveniences.
Bookings implies that guests accept and comply the Camping Mario Village Regulation.
