The region Trentino offers a wide range of typical products: from apples to berries, and from polenta to sausages and cheese. The area is also well known for its production of wine and grappa.
 
Several restaurants and wine cellars in the area serve local wines and dishes from the Trentino region.

Worth visiting is the refuge RIFUGIO CRUCOLO. For lunch, snack or dinner you can taste there their local products: salamis, cheese, Canederli (bread dumplings), Strangolapreti (green gnocchi), Soup of porcini mushrooms, sausages and ribs. To finish up the meal homemade cakes and “Parampampoli” , a digestif made of coffee, wine, grappa and honey.

Would you like to visit a wine cellar near the campsite? The WINE CELLAR ROMANESE is waiting for you in Levico Terme for a tasting. Since 2013 they have been refining their TRENTODOC sparkling wine in the depths of Lake Levico, a very rare aging practice worldwide. You have to reserve the visit and guided tours are also in English.

With a reservation, you can visit the WINE CELLAR MOSER TRENTO of Francesco Moser, famous cyclist. The wine cellar is located in the hills of Trento in a small historic village dating back to 1300, surrounded by a splendid amphitheater of vineyards. The tour takes in average 1 hour and starts with a nice walk alongside the vineyards of Maso Villa Warth and continuous with the visit of the wine cellar and on to the barrique cellar. The tour will end with the visit of the "Cantinetta" and a wine-tasting. You have to reserve the visit for guided tours in English.
