Pitches Booking conditions and cancellation policy 2026

BOOKING REQUEST: the booking is personal. Each single family must send a personal booking request with name and surname. It is not possible to book two or more pitches with the same name and surname. After sending the request, if there is availability, the booking office will send the procedure to confirm the booking. If your request cannot be satisfied, alternative solutions may be proposed.

PRICE PITCH INCLUDES: electricity, toilet facilities, hot showers, one parking space in the pitch area, entry to the swimming pool. The price of the booking does not include the tourist tax.

BOOKING CHARGE: each booking procedure has an extra cost of € 28,00, that will be debited on guest’s bill on the arrival day. The booking costs of € 28,00 will be debited in any case, also in case of cancellation up to 16 days before your arrival. In case of cancellation from 15 days see the section “CANCELLATIONS” of the booking conditions.

PAYMENT: for the booking is not necessary an advanced payment. The total amount of the booking must be paid on the arrival day, also in case of a possible delayed arrival or earlier departure. The Direction has the right to occupy the pitch again after it has been left.

ESTIMATE PRICE: prices are formed dynamically, and the valid price is the one sent from the Booking Office. The estimate price is based on the data you provide us. The direction cannot be accountable for errors and omissions. The actual number of persons on the campsite must be for the whole period the same you indicated in the booking. The final price is calculated in the moment of the payment. The total amount of the booking does not include the tourist tax.

PITCH NUMBER: for organizational reasons it is not possible to book: a specific number, a specific location or two or more pitches next to each other. While booking it is only possible to choose a category of pitches. However, it is possible to indicate preferences, but the Booking Office cannot guarantee that they will be satisfied. The number is assigned by the Booking Office, and it will be communicated only when you arrive on the campsite. It is not possible to change the pitch number.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: the booking is confirmed and binding only after the Booking Office has sent the “BOOKING CONFIRMATION” e-mail. The booking confirmation must be shown by the guest upon check-in at the campsite.

ARRIVAL: the pitch is available from 12am.; we suggest that you plan your journey accordingly. The reservation is considered effective until 7 p.m. of the day of arrival. Delays must be communicated immediately by e-mail to the campsite, or the reservation will be cancelled.

DEPARTURE: on your departure day the pitch must be free by 10 am., and also the persons must leave the camping before 10 am. An extra night will be charged if the departure is after these times.

CHANGES: all required changes, before your arrival, will be accepted only if they are compatible with the booking management system. Every change cost € 28,00 extra that will be debited on your bill. You can reduce the duration of your holiday, the number of people and other additional services until 15 days before your arrival (arrival day included), via e-mail. Change notifications by phone cannot be accepted. You will be required to pay the full amount of your booking the day of your arrival on our camping site unless you communicate the booking change within the established deadline. The booking confirmed cannot be changed on arrival day.

CANCELLATION POLICY: cancellations of bookings should only be communicated by e-mail (cancellations by telephone are not accepted). Only the reply e-mail from the Bookings Department will confirm that the cancellation has been made and the reservation is therefore no longer valid. Without the official e-mail of cancellation, the booking cannot be considered cancelled. It is the right of the Reservations Department to reoccupy the unit and the amount of said cancellation will not be refundable with future bookings. The Guest has no recourse against the campsite, as the booking implies acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions. The cancellation amount must be paid by bank transfer.

• Cancellation up to the 16th day prior to the scheduled arrival date (including the day of arrival): free of charge, with the exception of the booking fee of € 28.00 which will be charged in any case.
• Cancellation from the 15th to the 6th day before the scheduled arrival date (including the day of arrival): payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking.
• Cancellation from the 5th day before the scheduled arrival date (arrival day included): payment of 100% of the total amount of the booking.
• Lack of notification or no shows: payment of 100% of the total amount of the booking.

We warmly recommend buying a travel insurance to avoid all inconveniences.

Booking and access to the campsite implies full acceptance of and compliance with the Camping Mario Village Rules and Regulations.
