We hereby try to answer the questions you ask us most frequently.
In a spirit of collaboration, we can all together make this summer fantastic and unforgettable, enjoying the wide, open spaces and outdoor life of the campsite and all the leisure opportunities that available in our wonderful region.
Did you change the booking rules?
This year you are not required to pay a down payment or a deposit to book your pitch or your accommodation. The cancellation of your holiday is free of charge up to 16 days before the scheduled arrival date, without any penalty! What safety measures did you take?
To guarantee your own and others' safety you must just follow these simple rules:
- keep the physical distance of at least 1 meter between yourself and people who do not belong to your household; avoid creating large gatherings of people;
- wash and sanitize your hands often using certified disinfectants which we made available at various locations on the campsite;
- the face mask is not compulsory in the open air.
Camping Mario Village has taken protective measures to ensure the safety of its guests. Guests are adequately informed both on arrival and with graphic infos and signs located inside the campsite. Furthermore, the campsite has placed sanitizing gel dispensers close to all common areas and raised cleaning standards by frequently sanitizing all common areas (toilets, showers, playground, etc.) and items in common use (washing machines, handles, etc.)
Is the reception open?
Of course, our reception staff are available for you, as usual.
Up to 1 or 2 people may stay inside the reception contemporarily, depending on the number of staff members at work. In any case, only one member per group / family is allowed to access the reception. Check-in: one member per group/family will access the reception area and carry the documents of all members of the group/family.
All guests will be given a bracelet for each member of the group/family which everyone must wear at all times to favour a better access control.
For this year, all information will be available on the external and online bulletin board.
Can we use the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is open to a restricted number of people established on the basis of the square meters of ground around the swimming pool.
In line with the current legal framework, sunbeds and umbrellas are placed in order to ensure the distance between the groups/families who do not belong to the same household, and are appropriately sanitized.
Are there entertainment activities for children?
Our mini-club and mini-disco activities will be organized from 11 July to 30 August. For safety reasons we will of course privilege activities which will entertain our youngest guests and guarantee the physical distancing at the same time.
Children can access the playground only accompanied by one of their parents who will be responsible for the respect of the rules. We perform the sanitization of the playground daily.
The current legal framework does not allow team games, unless this is modified by the local authorities.
Can we use the shared toilet facilities?
For this summer we kindly suggest that you should privilege the use of the toilet inside your campervan, mobile homes and accommodation.
However, you may access the shared toilet facilities, respecting the rules prescribed by the current legal framework, as for example, respecting the social distance.
Dispensers of hydroalcoholic solutions for hand hygiene have been placed at the entrance of the toilet facilities.
Abiding by the law, we perform the cleaning and sanitization of the shared toilet facilities various times a day.
Are the campsite pitches marked out?
All the campsite pitches are marked out. They are wide enough and there is enough space for you to park your vehicles and accessories in order to favour the necessary distancing from the guests living in the bordering pitches.
What are the advantages of staying in an accommodation?
All our accommodations have 2 private bathrooms. Therefore, we believe that the biggest advantage is that you don't have to share toilets with other guests.
All accommodations are sanitized before our guests arrive at the campsite, in line with the guidelines of the health authorities.
Is the mini-market open?
The mini-market is open during the usual opening hours; only 1 guest at a time is allowed into the mini-market, in line with the current legislation.
Is there a bar-restaurant-pizzeria service?
Yes, the bar-restaurant-pizzeria is open according to the normal opening hours.
The tables indoors and on our large outdoor terrace are placed in order to guarantee the necessary distance among groups/families who do not belong to the same households. Further, they are adequately sanitized.

Can we go to the beach?
The public beaches of the lake are accessible, respecting the national/provincial laws, including adequate physical distancing, a ban on gathering and team sports and recreational activities.
